Booking & Payment Policy

To confirm your tour with us, we require a small deposit, which can be paid via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer. The remaining balance is payable in cash upon pick-up, directly to your driver, in Euros, or the equivalent in US Dollars or Moroccan Dirhams.

Can I pay the full amount via PayPal?

Yes, it is possible to pay the full tour amount through PayPal. However, since PayPal applies international transaction fees and processing delays, we usually prefer cash payments for the remaining balance.

If you wish to pay the full amount through PayPal, please note that a 5% service fee will be added to cover the additional transaction costs. This option must be pre-arranged before your tour date.

Cancellation Policy

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 15 days before the tour start date. Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance may not be eligible for a refund.
